2019

I have started the year off very well.  My husband and I have been practicing both yoga and meditation.  Prior to this, we were heading to the gym religiously for the previous few months.

I have backed off the gym somewhat and have increased my workouts by doing yoga.  We are using DDP Yoga (Diamond Dallas Page's system).  This has been so helpful with my overall stamina and flexibility.  The meditation has been done off and on all throughout last year utilizing the app Headspace.  Last night, we used music from a YouTube video and it was awesome.  I focused on just breathing and the music worked so well with that.

I am convinced that 2019 will be my (our) best year yet!
