Impact fees, just another set back...
So, the builder that we have been looking at to build our tiny home on wheels now has a program where they are purchasing land and building foundation homes, still very small, but not to be parked in an RV park. We jumped on this idea.
Then, we were informed that in addition to the land and the home, impact fees would be due not only to the city, but also to the county. So, that is another $10,000 or so.
