Weight loss

Ok, so...like most people, I have struggled with my weight for the majority of my life.  I have just started reading "the complete guide to fasting".  It is extremely interesting.  I haven't tried fasting before and it seems daunting, but there are so many studies that show how beneficial it truly is. 

I can't wait to try it - at least intermittent fasting.  I will report back!
