Sickness
Well, it has been a while since I have posted anything. We have a family member who had major surgery and now requires substantial care. Henry has basically decided to quit his job in order to provide that care. The surgery was scheduled for December 22nd, 2017. Henry and I both came down with the flu that week and could not be there on the day of the surgery. Luckily, my niece was able to be there. Henry was not well enough to visit until Christmas Day. That was a great day. His Father was alert and in good spirits. That night, he aspirated and ended up with Pneumonia. This was a major setback and he didn't really come around for several days. I am happy to report that he is doing better and after a very short stay in a rehab facility, he is home.
